Conference Overview

The Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) will host this year’s conference on November 17-19, 2024 at the The Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Rutgers University–New Brunswick is this year’s institutional host and a portion of this event includes dedicated time for a tour of their One Stop Student Services Center, insightful and informative presentations, and a reception on the Rutgers campus.

Conference sessions address topics such as integrated student service models, managing the hybrid work experience, breaking down silos, campus collaboration, change management, strategic planning, engaging our teams, process improvement, staff development and training, leveraging technology, and more. Networking opportunities are built into the program that provide participants time to meet with their colleagues and to connect with exhibitors about service and product solutions. The registration fee covers the attendance for one person and includes:

  • Access to all general and break-out conference sessions

  • Digital conference materials including session presentation slides

  • Private evening reception on Sunday at The Heldrich Hotel

  • Monday and Tuesday breakfast, Monday lunch, and snacks/beverages during the conference days

  • Monday tour, presentations, and catered reception event at Rutgers University–New Brunswick

  • Bus transportation to/from Rutgers University–New Brunswick for the tour/reception

Early Bird Rate: $899 (through October 25, 2024) ***EARLY BIRD RATE EXTENDED THROUGH 10/25/24***
Standard Rate: $949 (after October 25, 2024)

Note: this is typically a sold-out event and there is no guarantee that space will be available at the Standard Rate. We suggest you register sooner versus later. Please book travel arrangements after you have registered for the conference.
